How a Session Works
1. Talk. We start with a short nervous-system check-in about what you need or are carrying today.
2. Sound. You rest on a vibroacoustic lounger and feel sound as gentle vibration. Headphones play tracks that often include binaural beats. If it’s called for, some sessions add live instruments.
3. Integrate. You take time to recover and recalibrate before you leave.
Every nervous system is different. Some people need to calm down. Some need to steady. Some need to wake up. Each session is built around the state you need that day.
